When will my prints arrive?
Once an order has been submitted to the printer — usually within an hour or two after you submit your order — it takes 2 to 5 business days for your prints to arrive.
It's been over a week and I still haven't gotten my prints. What's up?
If it's been 10 business days since your order was shipped to the printer and you still haven't gotten your prints, your order may have been lost in the mail. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll investigate the issue, submit a reprint order, or refund your money.
